10 Biggest Data Breaches in History Revealed

Research from patch management software company, NinjaOne, revealed the ten largest data breaches ever recorded. These include Yahoo (2013) with 3 billion records breached, First American Corporation (2019) with 885 million, and Facebook (2019) with 540 million. Notably, Yahoo accounted for two of the top five largest breaches. The researchers highlighted the importance of cybersecurity as data remains a prime target for hackers.
