Onco360 and CareMed Specialty Pharmacy suffered a data breach after a hacker gained access to three employee email accounts. The attack exposed the personal information of over 53,000 patients, including medical data, insurance information, and Social Security numbers. The breach was likely caused by employees falling victim to phishing emails. Affected patients have been notified and are being offered credit monitoring services.
