Healthcare technology giants, Microsoft and Epic, have expanded their AI integrations to enhance electronic health record capabilities. This includes new conversational, ambient, and generative AI technologies. Epic is also expanding its revenue cycle management with AI suggestions to streamline billing processes. Meanwhile, Cerner has added Suki’s ambient voice AI to improve documentation and workflow. And HealthTalk A.I. is partnering with Ero Health to automate patient intake and outreach to reduce workload and improve patient experiences.
