Epic adds Talkdesk to its Partners and Pals program

Talkdesk, an AI-enabled contact center tech developer, has teamed up with Epic through the latter’s new Partners and Pals program. This collaboration will enable integration of Talkdesk’s Healthcare Experience Cloud platform with Epic’s electronic health record software, offering mutual clients voice and digital contact center capabilities. Epic’s program aims to find vendors with validated integrations, enhancing technology for patient interactions.
