How one Ohio hospital decrypted LockBit ransomware

Nubeva Technologies helped a small hospital recover from a ransomware attack using its decryption tool, LockBit. The hospital in Ohio fell victim to a cyberattack that encrypted electronic health records and disrupted patient care. Nubeva’s tool successfully reversed the encryption and restored critical systems within four days. The company claims that its tool can help healthcare organizations avoid paying ransoms. Nubeva has also launched a program to provide healthcare organizations vulnerable to LockBit with access to its ransomware recovery platform.
