Roundup: Over 18 GB health files stolen from Pinnacle and more briefs
Hackers stole 18 GB of health files from Pinnacle Midlands Health Network. The stolen data includes health information from 2016 to 2022. Pinnacle is still determining the extent of the breach and has yet to identify the individuals affected. In other news, Canberra Health Services will roll out Mayo Clinic’s Well-being Index app to promote workers’ well-being, while John Hunter Children’s Hospital has implemented an electronic ICU record system. The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is testing a Cancer Concierge service at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
