Government launches seven-year NHS cyber strategy

The Department for Health and Social Care in England has created a seven-year cyber security programme for the NHS and social care sector. The sector’s cyber resilience will be enhanced with this Cyber Security Strategy for Health and Adult Social Care which is centred on five core pillars. The aim is to minimise the risk of cyber attacks and improve response and recovery times should a breach occur.
