When cyberattacks strike, know when to call the FBI

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agents Andrew Sekela and Harry Walker emphasized the importance of being prepared for cyberattacks in a speech at the HIMSS22 Healthcare Cybersecurity Forum. They advised organizations to have an incident response plan in place and to train their employees accordingly. The agents also encouraged organizations to contact the FBI before a cyber threat occurs to learn how to better protect their network and stay updated on recent ransomware trends.
