WannaCry was not so shocking for nearly half of cybersecurity pros

A new survey from Farsight Security has found that nearly half of cybersecurity professionals have worked on security incidents similar to WannaCry that the public never hears about. Of those surveyed, 72% said they had worked on such incidents on three occasions in the last year, while 20% said major security events had happened up to six times in the past year alone. Experts are now warning that organizations need to be prepared for future cyber attacks.
