Emsisoft unveils free ransomware decryptor to unlock your own data

Anti-malware software maker Emsisoft has released a free decryptor for hospitals and organisations affected by the Stampado ransomware strain. Stampado, available on the dark web for $39 worth of Bitcoin, encrypts victims’ files using AES encryption and demands a ransom for their return. Emsisoft’s decryptor can be downloaded from their website, allowing victims to regain their files without paying the ransom.
