Spec sheets available for meaningful use

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released specification sheets for meaningful use Stage 2, which provide information on objectives, measures, and calculations for eligible physicians and hospitals participating in electronic health record incentive programs. The sheets also define important terms and outline attestation requirements, as well as detail the standards and certification criteria that EHR systems should meet. The sheets can be found on the EHR website and will be effective from fiscal year 2014 for hospitals and calendar year 2014 for physicians.
