Pennsylvania awards CGI $45M Medicaid contract

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has renewed a $44.9 million contract with CGI to prevent and correct improper payments in the state’s Medicaid Medical Assistance program. CGI will use its data mining software to review claims and records, identify over and underpayments, and provide support for appeals activities. CGI has a 20-year track record of claims review success and has recovered nearly $69 million in improper payments for Pennsylvania.
