Group-IB warns about malware targeting banking apps and crypto wallets in Vietnam

A malware named GoldDigger, capable of stealing funds from financial organizations and crypto wallets has been found in Vietnam, primarily targeting Android devices. Distributed through fraudulent versions of government apps on Google Play Store, the malware can steal personal information, banking credentials, and imitate user actions. Security firm Group-IB suggests the malware could soon be active in China and Spain.
