Despite its success, ChatGPT has raised ethical and security concerns. It has been used to create polymorphic malware that can evade security and was banned in New York City public schools. The European Data Protection Board also created a task force to assess the AI’s impact on the proposed Artificial Intelligence Act in the EU.
