New Netskope Report Exposes Increasing Use of Cloud Apps to Spread Malware

Netskope’s Cloud and Threat report uncovered that cybercriminals are increasingly using cloud apps to execute attacks, accounting for 19% of clicks on spearphishing links. The report also revealed that the top techniques used by attackers mainly involve social engineering, specifically through emails, voice calls, SMS, and social networks. Microsoft products were the prime target for phishing operations, followed by Adobe and Google.
