ThreatLocker CEO Outlines The Perfect Malware Attack

Speaking at the XChange NexGen 2023 conference, Danny Jenkins, the CEO of cybersecurity firm ThreatLocker, shared advice for writing successful malware. Steps include writing unique code to evade detection, using an app icon to trick users and antivirus software, and employing a local server to avoid triggering malicious software alerts. Jenkins also suggested pushing malware into areas less likely to be scanned by antivirus, such as the Windows folder.
