OCHIN partners with rural hospitals on connected care

Health equity network, OCHIN, is entering acute care with a new electronic health record (EHR) system aimed at boosting delivery for smaller hospitals across the US. The OCHIN Epic system is designed to enhance clinical care coordination and interdisciplinary care plans whilst filling observed gaps in rural healthcare provision. Portland-based OCHIN hopes to enable smaller hospitals to increase access to high quality, connected care and recruit more skilled talent.
