Energy, healthcare, and transport most vulnerable sectors in Singapore: Report, ETCIO SEA

Asia’s largest cybersecurity service provider, Ensign InfoSecurity, has released a report detailing key cybersecurity trends in 2022 and providing insights into 2023. The report highlights Singapore’s energy, water utilities, healthcare and transport sectors as the most vulnerable to cyber attacks, and notes an increasing use of ransomware and the growing threat from state-sponsored attacks originating in China. It also outlines potential exploitation of generative AI by cybercriminals, and calls for increased cybersecurity awareness and AI regulation.
