Fears over safety of YOUR sensitive data as shock probe reveals bungling NHS staff have wrongly handed over confidential data hundreds of times in last two years

NHS staff in the UK have erringly disclosed private data on hundreds of occasions over the past two years. MailOnline obtained information detailing 1,600 data breaches in the health service since 2021. These infringements include unauthorised access to personal data, sending sensitive information to the wrong person and leaving confidential records in public view. It is suggested that the real number of affected patients might be higher than reported figures.
