Risch, Manchin Introduce Legislation to Enhance Cyber Security for America’s Energy Sector – Press Releases

U.S. Senators Jim Rich and Joe Manchin have introduced the Energy Threat Analysis Center Establishment Act to enhance cybersecurity prevention across the energy sector. The act authorises the Department of Energy’s Energy Threat Analysis Center to coordinate information sharing and threat mitigation measures with other agencies and the private sector.
