Could supply chain attack become a new normal?

A cybercrime group called cl0p launched a supply chain attack on the MOVEit software, which disrupted more than 130 global companies including Shell and Sony, and potentially affected the data of at least 15 million individuals. Instead of issuing ransoms for the data, the cybercrime group advised companies to negotiate a suitable price to avoid their data being leaked on the dark web. The scale and impact of the supply chain attack underscore the increasing threat of such cybercrimes.
