David Fuller: NHS mortuaries record 30 security breaches in five years
Over the past five years, at least 30 instances of major security breaches have been uncovered in NHS mortuaries. As well as resulting in public calls for an investigation, this has brought light to the crimes of NHS electrician David Fuller, who admitted to sexually abusing 100 corpses over a dozen years. It’s alleged that unauthorised individuals gained access to areas where bodies were being stored.
