North Korean hackers exploit known bug in ‘high-profile’ software vendor

A North Korean hacker group called Lazarus has reportedly exploited vulnerabilities in high-profile software in order to target its users. The software flaws were not previously unknown, however the firm had not patched them despite earlier warnings. Researchers believe the goal is to steal valuable source code and tamper with the software supply chain.
