Exclusive: Caregiver support platform Helpful partners with VNS Health

Helpful is partnering with New York-based VNS Health to give caregivers of VNS Health plan members access to medical records and insurance information. This will allow caregivers to understand the benefits available and enable them to provide better care. Through this partnership, the Helpful app will be free of charge to caregivers of the healthcare plan’s members. The platform has integrated with over 30,000 hospitals and providers.
