Malware: Mehr als 600 Millionen Downloads 2023 in Google Play

Kaspersky reported more than 600 million malware downloads from the Google Play Store in 2023. Despite this, the antivirus company insists it remains a safe source. A particular example highlighted was malware SpinOK, which had more than 421 million downloads. However, Google continues to improve security with Google Play Protect and a real-time scanner, with some apps undergoing extra checks from third-party IT companies.
