Cisco warns of bug that lets attackers break traffic encryption

Cisco has alerted its customers to a high-resolution vulnerability affecting some data center switch models which enables hackers to manipulate encrypted traffic. The flaw labelled CVE-2023-20185 was discovered in the Multi-Site CloudSec encryption feature of data center Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Fabric Switches during internal security testing. No patches have been released as of now, and active exploitation has not been seen yet.
