What is TrickBot Malware? – CrowdStrike

TrickBot malware is a modular, multi-phase Trojan released in 2016, capable of stealing credentials/data and disabling antivirus tools, among other illicit operations. It adapts to target specific network weaknesses for future attacks. TrickBot often enters through disguised links/attachments, subsequently infecting networks, disabling protections, and spreading throughout the network to execute secondary attacks.
