siteadmin November 6, 2023

A new report by security firm G4S claims Kenya will face some of the highest rates of corporate security threats globally in the coming year. Threats expected include supply chain attacks, property damage, violence, fraud, leakages, and competitor sabotage exacerbated by broader challenges like pandemics and political instability. The country was singled out for subversion threats from hackers, protesters, and spies with internal risks like misuse of assets also significantly higher than elsewhere. To counter these threats, Kenyan security officers are prioritising biometric and facial recognition technologies.
