Staff at NHS outsourcer Capita locked out of computers amid cyber attack fears

The UK’s largest outsourcer, Capita, which manages NHS contracts and the BBC licence fee, experienced a significant IT outage that prompted speculation of a potential cyber attack. Staff were unable to access computer systems and were instructed not to try to reset passwords or log in.
