WatchGuard reveals rise in remote access software exploits

WatchGuard Technologies’ latest Internet Security Report highlights an increase in cyber actors exploiting remote access software, the rise of password and info stealers, and an 89% surge in endpoint ransomware attacks. The report also indicates a decline in malware over encrypted connections and a shift in tactics by cybercriminals to more ‘living-off-the-land’ techniques.
