OODA Loop – Dutch Engineer Used Water Pump to Get Billion-Dollar Stuxnet Malware Into Iranian Nuclear Facility: Report

A Dutch engineer, Erik van Sabben, was recruited by the Netherlands’ intelligence services and may have played a role in deploying the Stuxnet malware at an Iranian nuclear facility, according to an investigation by Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant. Van Sabben reportedly installed the malware at the Natanz nuclear plant, however, details of his involvement and the malware’s deployment method remain vague.
