NHS Covid-19 App updated to fix disappearing exposure alerts

The NHS Covid-19 App has been updated to rectify alerts indicating possible exposure to the virus, which users reported disappear when attempting to open them. These were found to be default privacy notifications from Apple and Google, and did not require any action. Following the update, these notices will be supplemented with a message asking users to disregard them.
