NHSE to investigate Palantir for possible breach of FDP contract

UK watchdog NHS England (NHSE) is to investigate whether Palantir violated contract terms via a covert campaign against legal transparency non-profit Good Law Project. The investigation comes weeks after NHSE signed a heavily redacted, £330m ($441m), seven-year contract for Palantir to operate the new Federated Data Platform. The Good Law Project claims Palantir failed to gain NHSE approval to promote its contract and accuse the Project.
