Virtus Health enhancing IVF patient experience with AI
Virtus Health, an assisted reproductive services provider, is upgrading its customer relations management to a cloud-based system. The firm is partnering with US company RingCentral to roll out an integrated communications and contact centre system across its 62 global clinics. The software, RingCentral MVP and Contact Centre, will streamline Virtus’ phone and contact system, and is to be introduced to its UK Complete Fertility Centre. The Australian company expects significant savings using the software.
