Health IT firm athenahealth will emphasize the role of experiential interoperability and artificial intelligence (AI) in its offerings at the HIMSS24 conference. The company aims to provide better curated information flows to mitigate physician burnout. Its new feature, ChartSync, can consolidate duplicate data and present it in a clinician’s workflow. AI’s potential to improve workflows and reduce problems for physicians will also be highlighted, despite the relative lack of this currently experienced by practitioners.
