King’s medical records not accessed in alleged Kate data breach at London Clinic

An alleged data breach at the London Clinic involving private medical records of the Princess of Wales is being investigated by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). While three people may have accessed the records, the King’s personal data was not compromised. It is an offence under the Data Protection Act 2018 to obtain, disclose or retain personal data without consent.
