Cyber hackers threaten to publish data of Scots NHS patients after attack

Hackers claiming to have three terabytes of data from NHS Scotland have released a “proof pack” of genuine patient data on the dark web, according to the NHS Dumfries and Galloway health board. The board is working with the National Cyber Security Centre and others to investigate the breach. Patients affected will be contacted and services will continue as normal.
