North Korean hackers breached major hospital in Seoul to steal data
The Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) has reported that North Korean hackers breached the network of Seoul National University Hospital between May and June 2021, leading to data exposure for 831,000 individuals. The KNPA attributed the attack to the use of methods and language linked to North Korean threat actors. While local media associated the attack with the Kimsuky hacking group, the police did not specify the group involved.
