South Tees and North Tees trusts to work together after NHS investigation

The investigation discovered confidential internal board discussions had been leaked to discredit South Tees. The trusts will now aim to jointly attract and retain specialist staff despite not officially merging. No regulatory action was taken but could be considered if progress is not made.
