Salesforce, IQVIA expand partnership to codevelop Life Sciences Cloud

IQVIA, a global analytics provider, is enhancing its partnership with tech firm Salesforce to develop a customer engagement platform for life sciences. By combining IQVIA’s engagement platform and Salesforce’s CRM, they plan to create the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. The product, set to release in 2025, aims to boost decision-making across various healthcare sectors.
