Praia Health, a spinoff from the Providence health system based in Washington, is using its platform to create a “digital flywheel”, enabling highly personalized and scalable systems. Patients accessing digital tools through Praia Health can use their electronic health records (EHRs), book appointments, arrange payments and receive tailored health program recommendations. Providence has expanded its service offerings for these tools, moving away from the limitations of traditional EHR systems, hence improving patient experience.
