NHS Scotland Advises Vigilance After March Attack

NHS Scotland has warned patients of a “significant risk” that hackers may release more confidential data following a cyber attack last month. The attackers, INC Ransom, threatened to release three terabytes of stolen data, including hospital reports and document scans, via a dark web blog post. The public has been advised to stay alert for attempts to access their data.
