NSW clubs caught up in major data breach
Australian tech firm OutABox is said to have shared vital personal or sensitive data on over a million customers of popular bars, clubs and restaurants around New South Wales (NSW), potentially leading to widespread identity theft. The firm is reportedly cooperating with a major police investigation into the development of a gaming and hospitality product which allowed extensive customer data to be shared with an international developer.
