Change Healthcare stolen patient data leaked by ransomware gang

A ransomware group called RansomHub has published a segment of sensitive patient data stolen from Change Healthcare in February. This marks the first time evidence of stolen medical records has been published. It is the second group to demand a ransom to prevent the data leak in two months. The first group, ALPHV, vanished with a claimed $22m ransom payment. UnitedHealth Group, Change Healthcare’s parent company, is investigating the potentially impacted data.
