NHS Dumfries and Galloway cyber attack records published

A cyber attack on the National Records of Scotland (NRS) earlier this year put a “significant amount of data” at risk, according to the health board. Although the board said the incident had little impact on patient services, it admitted a “small number” of patients’ data had been accessed, which was held temporarily on the network at the time of the attack.
