Mayo Clinic, Zipline partner to deliver supplies to patients’ homes using drones

Zipline, a drone delivery company, has revealed it will be supporting Mayo Clinic’s Advanced Care at Home program. Using its Platform 2 autonomous electric delivery drone, Zipline will deliver medications and supplies to patients in Jacksonville, Florida, and Rochester, Minnesota, overcoming the issue of FAA regulations with FAA authorization.
