Cybersecurity experts warn Ticketmaster customers to be vigilant following a massive data breach by dark web group Shiny Hunters. The hackers claim to have stolen the personal data of 560 million people, including Australians and New Zealanders, and are demanding a $750,000 ransom. Cybersecurity expert, Professor Nigel Phair, criticised Ticketmaster for its lack of accountability and transparency regarding the breach.
