WRU: Data of thousands of members leaked in cybersecurity breach

A cyber breach of the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) has exposed the personal and financial data of tens of thousands of its club members. Although the club denied any compromise of payment information and stated the actual count of affected members was lower than estimated, the exposure included names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. With severe security repercussions, an investigation is currently under way.
