HubSpot announces HIPAA-compliant tools in public beta

Healthcare firms can now store HIPAA-protected data in HubSpot’s customer relations management (CRM) system globally, according to the firm. Previously, healthcare providers resorted to piecemeal solutions to retain HIPAA compliance while using the CRM system, and avoided storing HubSpot data. However, protected healthcare information can now be stored and used in automated marketing campaigns with HubSpot. HIPAA-compliant tools are available for configuration by firms’ enterprise customers in their Privacy & Consent settings.
