siteadmin June 4, 2024

A ransomware attack on pathology services provider Synnovis has disrupted healthcare in south-east London, leading to cancelled operations and deferred pathology services. The attack affected all Synnovis IT systems, impacting services at notable institutions, including King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas. Synnovis, formed in partnership with SynLab UK and Ireland, and a few NHS Foundation Trusts, provides essential pathology services to hospitals and GP surgeries in the area.
